Slow Down My Internal Body Speed

One morning
I’m brushing my teeth
at a nice medium pace,
enjoying the bristles
moving up and down on my teeth.

Then the next morning
I’m rushing
for no good reason,
still an hour before
I have to leave for work.

Being able to relax in the moment
depends on my internal body speed.

I need to connect with this internal speed and slow myself down when I feel rushed.
